Which Classes Can You Jump Into as a New Student?

Start with four Level 1 sessions in your chosen modality—whether pole, aerial arts, flexibility, or dance. Or glide into any All-Levels/No‑Experience‑Needed class.

Studio Etiquette & Policies

  • Age Requirement: 18+ only—this is your sacred space.

  • Studio Access: Only registered Divas and instructors are allowed in class and lounge areas.

  • On‑Premise Conduct: Please skip any alcohol or substances before class—being fully present is part of the magic

Equipment & Attire:

  • You’ll train on sturdy, ceiling‑mounted poles rated for all bodies.

  • Wear snug shorts or capris and a tank or sleeveless top that lets your skin connect with the pole—this helps with grip.

  • Skip lotions, rings, and bracelets—they disrupt your grip and can harm the pole.

Bring With You:

  • Water bottle (hydration = longevity).

  • Knee pads if your body loves extra cushioning.

  • Leave valuables and jewelry at home—this is your moment, free from distractions.

Prepare for Your First Pole Session

Footwear & Accessories:

  • Start barefoot to deepen connection. Socks, leg warmers, or knee pads are encouraged for comfort.

  • Once ready for heels, choose stable dance heels with ankle straps and a chunky 7″ heel.

What to Wear:

  • Choose form‑fitting athletic wear that covers your torso, armpits, and the backs of your knees—this protects both equipment and skin.

  • Leave jewelry at home—it’s all about safety and flow.

  • Please take a Level 1 aerial class before accessing Open Studio time—safety always comes first.

Preparing for Aerial Classes
