Level Assessments

At Inner Diva Studios, your safety, strength, and progression are our top priorities. To ensure every student is set up for success, a Level Assessment is required before registering for any class above Level 1.

Assessments allow our instructors to evaluate your current skill set, technique, and readiness to advance—so you can feel confident, supported, and challenged in the right environment.

How to Schedule:

Level Assessments can be completed during any of our Open Pole sessions. Simply let your instructor know you’d like to be assessed when you arrive.

What to Expect:

You’ll be guided through a series of foundational and level-specific skills while your instructor evaluates your control, strength, and execution. Our goal is not perfection—it’s ensuring you have the proper foundation to progress safely and powerfully.

Tracking Your Progress:

Student Assessment Sheets are available at the front desk and will be used to track your skill development and readiness for advancement.
